What is your payment policy?
A non-refundable $100 deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposit payment can be made either by credit card, cash or check. Deposit must be received within 3 days of booking the session. Your session is not secure until your deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at the start of your session.
When should I schedule my session?
Now. As soon as you know you want to book with me! My schedule fills up very quickly and to snatch a prime date and time, I suggest contacting me about 4 months in advance.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule for any reason, a 24 hr notice is required. Your previously paid deposit can be applied to the reschedule date. If the second rescheduled date is postponed, the deposit is forfeited. A cancellation forfeits entire deposit.
What if it rains?
Rescheduling due to weather concerns will be at the photographer’s discretion. There will be no penalty for weather-related rescheduling. Typically the call to reschedule is not made until an hour or two prior to the session time. Since the weather fluctuates so much, rain can lead to some beautiful skies and rainbows that we wouldn’t want to miss!
What should I wear?
I always suggest that you wear what makes you feel best. Feeling confident will bring out the best smiles and interactions. I do have a full guide that will be sent to you upon booking which will guide you in your clothing selections. It will also help you pair your whole family so you aren’t too matchy-matchy. It even gives tips on how to prep your little ones to avoid meltdowns.
